Our guest room was cheap with all necessary facilities, the window at all hoirs, for example. Our location was stunning and lovely, walk from a railway station.

Property was great quality, we thoroughly enjoyed this place.
The location was unbeatable, near Waag. The best part of our really good stay was the delicious and varied breakfast with hummus and vegans such as hummus. Extremely helpful and professional staff that liked their guests.

Extremely spacious rooms, a clean bathroom. Hot drinks at downstairs bar, good service. Strong internet, parking nearby. Marvellous location near the many canals in the City as well as the central train station, could not be better.

Friendly and helpful ladies at the desk.
The second morning the ladies at the breakfast probably thought that there would be no more guests for breakfast. Although they saw us sitting and anticipating to order a tea, after 10-15 minutes we went to the kitchen ourselves to order tea. The tea pot was rather small this time. The man at the reception, who claims to be the manager, is rather unpleasant in his communication. Rather than accommodating the clients' needs he prefers to show that he is the boss. As written before (but apparently no improvement here) the shower is rather terrible. Instead of water flowing out it 'spits' out the water through one big hole: it feels like steamy spray, rather than a pleasant flow of water.

Nice friendly staffs welcomed us by tea or coffee once we checked in. Breakfast was perfect and plentiful. Hotel is nicely clean and in a good tranquil location of town, 5 min walk from the train station.

Staff is very helpful and goes beyond expectations. A lovely breakfast is included and fresh fruit is always out for guests to pick up throughout the day. This was one of the few places we stayed that provided free internet access. A special place!
